StayLink Host, 이렇게 사용하세요How to use StayLink Host

App Store 또는 Google Play에서 StayLink Host를 설치합니다. 이메일 또는 Apple 계정으로 가입할 수 있습니다.Install StayLink Host from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with email or your Apple account.

• 이메일 가입: 이메일·비밀번호 입력 후 인증 메일을 확인합니다.Email: enter your email and password, then confirm the verification mail.
• Apple 로그인: 버튼 한 번으로 즉시 시작 (iOS 권장).Apple sign-in: start instantly with one tap (recommended on iOS).

홈 화면에서 + 숙소 추가를 눌러 첫 숙소를 만듭니다.On the home screen tap + Add property to create your first one.

1. 숙소 이름을 입력합니다. (예: “한옥 스테이 · 종로”)Enter a property name (e.g. "Hanok Stay · Jongno").
2. 숙소 상세에서 Google 지도 링크와 WhatsApp 연락처를 추가하면 게스트 길 안내가 쉬워집니다.In Property detail, add a Google Maps link and WhatsApp contact to make directions easy.

숙소에 들어가 Rooms 탭에서 객실을 추가합니다. 각 객실은 사용중/빈 방 상태가 현황판에 실시간으로 표시됩니다.Open the property and add rooms under the Rooms tab. Each room shows occupied/vacant status live on the board.

• 객실 이름 또는 번호를 입력합니다. (예: 201호)Enter a room name or number (e.g. Room 201).
• Free는 객실 3개, Pro는 30개, Business는 100개까지 추가할 수 있습니다.Add up to 3 rooms on Free, 30 on Pro, 100 on Business.

각 객실의 QR 출력 화면에서 체크인용 QR 코드를 생성합니다.Generate a check-in QR from each room's QR print screen.

1. PDF로 출력하거나 이미지로 저장해 문 앞·데스크에 부착합니다.Export as PDF or save as an image, then place it at the door or desk.
2. 게스트가 QR을 스캔하면 체크인 화면이 열리고, 호스트가 자리에 없어도 자동으로 기록됩니다.When a guest scans it, the check-in screen opens and is recorded automatically — even when you're away.

Fields 탭에서 게스트에게 수집할 정보를 직접 설계합니다.Design the info you collect from guests under the Fields tab.

• 이름·연락처·이메일·국적·여권번호·도착지 등에서 필수/선택을 지정합니다.Pick required/optional from name, contact, email, nationality, passport, destination, and more.
• 항목은 게스트 언어(한·영·힌디)로 자동 번역되어 표시됩니다.Fields are shown auto-translated in the guest's language (KO·EN·HI).

Info 탭에 자주 묻는 정보를 한 번만 입력해 두면 게스트가 알아서 확인합니다.Enter your most-asked info once in the Info tab and guests can view it themselves.

• Wi-Fi 이름·비밀번호, 도어 코드, 체크인/아웃 시간Wi-Fi name & password, door code, check-in/out times
• 조식·저녁 시간, 이용 규칙, 주변 안내Breakfast/dinner hours, house rules, local tips

채팅에서 체크인 팀별로 1:1 대화를 나눕니다. 새 메시지는 푸시 알림으로 즉시 도착합니다.Chat 1:1 per booking under Chats. New messages arrive instantly via push.

• Wi-Fi·도어 코드·길 안내 등을 빠르게 전달합니다.Quickly share Wi-Fi, door codes, and directions.
• 알림 탭에서 읽음 상태와 함께 메시지·요청·체크인 알림을 모아 봅니다.See messages, requests, and check-in alerts with read status in the Notifications tab.

게스트가 보낸 타월·청소·늦은 체크아웃 등의 요청을 Requests 탭에서 처리합니다.Handle guest requests — towels, cleaning, late check-out — in the Requests tab.

• 상태를 대기 → 진행 중 → 완료로 바꿔 가며 추적합니다.Track each one through pending → in progress → done.
• 요청 상세에서 게스트에게 바로 답변 메시지를 보낼 수 있습니다.Reply to the guest directly from the request detail.

History 탭에서 지난 체크인 기록과 수집된 게스트 정보, 숙박 기간·체크아웃 시간을 다시 확인할 수 있습니다.Review past check-ins, collected guest info, stay dates, and check-out times in the History tab.

설정 → 요금제에서 현재 플랜을 확인하고 업그레이드할 수 있습니다.Check and upgrade your plan under Settings → Plan.
